Hi Michael - check out the app 'Mealime' (mealime.com). It provides a list of meals depending on your preferences and even populates a shopping list with everything you will need. With the free version you can customize eating preferences, serving size, foods you dislike and allergies. The Pro version allows you to view the nutritional information of the dishes and edit the recipes to an extent.
Although the meals it suggests are mostly 'healthy', there are usually ways you can make the meals even healthier depending on what you and your coach have discussed around eating more of this or less of that!
